A convenient location near attractions made this stay enjoyable despite the weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging a last-minute upgrade at no charge. Meals, particularly the spare ribs, were satisfying, although the room itself felt a bit dated and could use some refreshing. Nonetheless, the overall value is commendable, and I would consider returning.

Couple looking for a decent stay
The location was lovely, right by the millennium bridge, easy walk to the city. Found a hidden gem of a coffee shop nearby that served the best pastries I've ever tasted.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but acceptable for what I got.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved that I could enjoy a relaxing evening in the hotel bar after a busy day. Plus, there’s a fantastic pool and spa area to unwind in! the breakfast setup was a bit chaotic, but it didn’t really put a damper on my stay. 😊

missingWrote a review on 27 Julroom privacy
The room experience left much to be desired. It felt too exposed, with a large gap under the door letting in light and visibility from the hallway, requiring a towel for privacy. The TV placement was awkward, blocking the view due to furniture positioning. The bathroom, while warm, was uncomfortably cold, and too small for convenience. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable and irritating, especially late into the night with loud conversations and slamming doors. Breakfast was overpriced, especially when local cafes offered better value, and there were limited food options that catered to diverse dietary needs.

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We loved the Stadium Tour, it was cool to check out behind the scenes. The hotel’s breakfast was spot-on and really set us up for the day. Plus, the location was perfect for quick walks near the river and exploring the vibrant market.
We did experience a bit of hassle at check-in. The room wasn't quite ready when we arrived, which was frustrating after a long journey.
